Overview
Experience walking a LLAMA on a sunset trek at 3500 ft above sea level along the slopes of Haleakala. The scenery is absolutely breath-taking, the air is crisp and cool, and from this vantage point you can see coast to coast, the West Maui Mountains across the valley, and the surrounding islands. The walk is relatively flat, traversing rolling hills via a gravel road that becomes a grass path. Each guest walks their own llama while enjoying a way off-the-beaten path experience that will leave you with a deep appreciation and respect for Maui and these beautiful animals. Itinerary
First you will meet and greet your llamas and be given instructions on how to interact with them.
Each guest can choose the llama they would like to walk or switch llamas throughout the hike.
We begin on a gravel road through rolling hills that then becomes a grass track.
We head to a specific vantage point where we stop and rest while enjoying the view, and then we head back to the trailhead.
Guests are free to stop and take photos with their llamas any time along the way.

Navigate to Kula Country Farm and park on the side of the road.
Do not enter the farm as this is not our destination.
A large white llama van will meet you there and you will follow the van to the beginning of the hike where you will park.
