• VALID IDENTIFICATION: Per FAA regulations, a valid Government ID is required to board the helicopter flight. Acceptable forms of identification include a REAL-ID compliant government issued Driver's License or Passport. Your ID MUST match the lead name on this ticket. Photocopies or digital IDs are not accepted. Any guest arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation.
IMPORTANT: It is a Federal crime to board an FAA Approved U.S. Air Carrier with a fraudulent identification.
• ARRIVAL TIME AT TERMINAL: You MUST arrive at least 40 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
• COMFORT & SAFETY: Due to comfort and weight / balance of the helicopter, passengers weighing over 275 lbs (124 kg) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
• ACCESSIBILITY: This tour is wheelchair accessible provided that there is someone in your party able to assist you with boarding and disembarking. Wheelchairs will remain at the terminal during flight
• MINIMUM NUMBERS: Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
