The Vista Waikoloa resort has 122 two-bedroom condos spread across 7 buildings. The units are individually furnished and are spacious (1,262–1,406 square feet). All are decked out in a plantation style with plenty of house plants and airy rooms.
Floor-to-ceiling windows are a feature and open out onto a private, furnished lanai accessible from both bedrooms and the living area. Fully-equipped kitchens and two bathrooms with separate tubs and showers are standard, as are air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
The condos also each have their own gas lighting barbecue. A pool and two spas are located on the premises and are surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and gardens. A fitness room is available as well.
