We must have the legal names of both guests at least seven (7) days before your arrival. First and last names as they appear on your ID, either drivers license or passport, etc.
Both guests must be at least 25 years old.
Guests must rent a vehicle. No Uber/Lyft etc. or cabs. No walk-ins. No borrowing vehicles. Guests must agree to and pay all parking fees. These are charged by, and payable to, the condo association and not the host.
Our unit is not suitable for babies or children. Guests are not allowed to host guests.
Check-in time is 4 p.m. or thereafter on the date of arrival unless approved otherwise by the host.
Reliable, high-speed wi-fi. Central air conditioning. Shared laundry room near the elevator on our floor (2 washers, 2 driers, card operated)....

Absolutely loved the location and views. Everything we needed and the most beautiful west side views. If you want tourist spots, picn elsewhere. But as for more local vibes and absolute beautiful sunsets and beach access. Peacocks everywhere, which are gorgeous but noisy. Sound a like cats crying, it didn't bother us but someone who is a light sleeper might not love this. Lastly the cleaniness of the place left some room for improvement, bedding was dirty and we had to wash all dishes and silverware before using. I feel like this might have been just an oversight, but overall we loved our stay and would stay again. I just hope a little more attention to the cleanliness in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Honestly loved the place.

Older condo unit with some upgrades and well appointed with amenities and security.
Distance from tourist destinations reflected by the price of stay.

Out of the way for most of the touristy stuff, but stunning view when you wake up in the morning. Amazing shower pressure and temperature stays HOT. Water filter on sink was nice. Locks a little temperamental. Not being upfront about having to pay the office for parking in the listing and finding out after I booked it with no cancellation policy was a tad uncool.

The condo was really cute, comfy, and we loved the open air atmosphere. The host was very helpful!
The property management office was the only down side. They were not the easiest to work with. Requiring a cash payment for parking permission but with old banking hours….
