This villa has Hawaiian touches and luxury furniture like our Natuzzi leather queen size sofa bed with gel mattress and two brand new comfortable leather swivel rocking chairs. This villa is great for families or couples looking to get away! Photographs are of the actual villa.
A new sofa has been ordered and is expected to arrive by January/February. The current sofa bed is broken. We do have a self inflating mattress in the villa for the meantime.

I can't say enough about how perfect this 3 bedroom villa was for our family vacation. We were a group of 6 with ages ranging from 16-62. There was plenty of room for all of us. The villa was very clean and well-equipped with little niceties like shampoo, soap, and tons of towels.
The lanai is beautiful and so relaxing. The pool and beaches on the property were never crowded and very clean. The condo has beach toys and beach chairs included. We loved the little bar on the water that also serves snacks and some pre-prepared food.
One thing to mention- this is a family resort and "quiet time" starts at 9pm sharp. They're not fooling around with this. If you plan on staying up late partying, you need to go offsite. Luckily there are several bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Also, the assigned parking space in the underground garage is between 4 support pillars and getting into the space is very tight and required some maneuvering. We rented a minivan and were thankful we didn't get the full-sized SUV we were considering.

Great spot for a family holiday. It has everything a family would need for Hawaiian vacation.
The outdoor lanai can get noisy from the kids playing in the pool.
The lanai is a great spot for a morning coffee and is sunny all day.
We’ve stayed in the same unit for 2 years.

Very nice property with great swimming areas for kids; 2 hot tubs and a very nice beach in the lagoon ashes.
The villa itself was comfortable with all the necessary amenities, including beach chairs, toys, swim goggles and snorkels. We were a party of 5 adults and 2 kids under 10 and there was plenty of room to be together yet enough to be separate if we wanted.
I would definitely consider staying there again.
Communication with the owner was easy and with quick replies.

We have stayed in the Ko Olina Beach Villas 3 times now. We love the location. The pools are great, and the beach is lovely. We enjoy the lagoons as the ocean is calm. We love the walking trail that goes along the beach and walked it every morning and evening. This is the first time we stayed in this unit. It's a second floor until with a great view of the pool. It had everything we needed. It's nice having ensuites for all the bedrooms. Chris was a pleasure to deal with.
