Guest bedrooms include Queen bed and Full Bed.
· AC in every room.
· High-speed fiber Internet in all rooms.

· Hotel-grade towels and bed sheets.
· Kitchen: Fully equipped with brand new appliances and full sets of cooking essentials (utensils, pots, pans, silverware, knives, bowls, baking pans, coffee maker, blender, rice maker, tea kettle, etc.)
· Laundry: Wash and Dryer are in the garage.
· Parking: 1 standard-sized cars in the garage and 2 parking spaces on the driveway. NO parking on the street or road.
· Quiet Time: between 9:00 pm – 8:00 am. This is a residential community. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties, events, or large gatherings.
· Self-check-in via Smart Lock. Separate lockbox for emergency access.
· Guests have access to the entire house and the private backyard.

My family visits Hawaii often and this is our new favorite location to stay. Gorgeous views of the ocean and mountains from backyard, we even saw fireworks. The beds are comfortable, air conditioning works well, kitchen was stocked with pans and utensils, plenty of towels. We had some minor issues when we first arrived but hosts were responsive and resolved quickly. Location was about a 45 minute drive from airport. If you’re wanting to experience Waikiki and touristy areas, you’ll have to build in time to get there from here. For us, it was well worth it for the space, comfort and view.
