•No shows on the day of arrival: If you do not check-in on your specified arrival date, and we have not received written notice of your late arrival or cancellation, then you will be marked as a no-show and your reservation will be cancelled (please note that the standard cancellation policy will apply).

• Guests must be a minimum age of 18 years in order to make a reservation, and must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay. You will be asked to provide photo identification upon check-in. Any reservation made under false pretenses will forfeit all payments, and guests will be escorted from the property.

Directions:

Upon arrival in Kona, guests will first come to our guest registration office in the Kings’ Shops for registration and to pick up keys and detailed driving information to their unit.

Leaving the Kona Airport, turn left onto Highway 19 at the traffic light.
