My mom (70-ish) and I stayed in this condo on Kaua'i for a week to visit family. The first-floor setup with two separate beds located close to parking worked very well for us. We cooked a good amount, and the kitchenette had everything we needed, down to coffee filters/trash bags/cleaning supplies. Quiet, clean property within a short distance to restaurants and shopping. I walked several times on the beach path, and the access was easy to find. I would definitely return to this property on a future trip with our young kids. The central location would make it easier to daytrip to either side of the island. You can pay an arm and a leg to stay on Kaua'i, but this condo is a great fit for those wanting something more affordable!

We were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness, attractiveness, and location. The unit is within walking distance to grocery stores, deli’s, restaurants, bicycle and other equipment rentals and the beach trail. We also chose the location for its easy driving distance to the North Shore and to Lihue. The condo is spacious and attractively furnished as the site photos show. The amenities such as new linens and a full set of cooking utensils added to our satisfaction. A7 has a nice garden view with beautiful orchids nestled in the trees. During our weeklong stay, we also enjoyed the hot tub and the filtered water station. There is some traffic noise, but it was not an issue for us. The property association staff were accessible and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend.
