The villa I rented had dirty sheets that smelled with dirty brown stains on them. The air conditioner did not work nor did the refrigerator. I contacted the maintenance person who arrived several hours later. He spent a lot of time repairing the issues. It was 80 degrees in the room and humidity over 40. I think it was 45 but I’m not a hundred percent sure. The washer and dryer are small and both had issues. The washer appeared to start only for me to return to unwashed clothing. The dryer took forever and a day to dry our clothing. The owner of the unit gives a very small bottle of detergent. The bed I slept on gave my back and hip pain but that could just be me. The main sitting area tv had Netflix, Disney+ etc buy the bedroom tv did not. In all honesty I will not be staying in this villa or any other villa on this property.
The pool is beautiful and the drinks from the bar are delicious . The staff is very nice and informative. The hotel grounds are clean and well maintained. Loved that beach access is a quick walk. The villas are located near Costco, snorkeling, and Starbucks.

The property is beautiful, beachfront resort. Great location! The unit had all the amenities you need for a long-term stay. The only thing I was disappointed with was check-out was at 10 AM. We will definitely stay here again.
