This personally owned, beautifully decorated, fully outfitted, and comfortably furnished villa makes it truly a vacation home, not a hotel or timeshare. The villa has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The primary suite is furnished with a king bed, private lanai with golf course view, walk-in closet, dual sinks, and a separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with two extra-long twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. Smart TVs are in each bedroom and living area (complimentary Wifi included). Beach towels, beach chairs, and miscellaneous beach toys are provided. Property amenities include lap pool, family lagoon style pools, oceanfront bar, hot tubs, koi pond, BBQs, and fitness center (just below villa) with showers/steam/sauna.

This property is amazing. We have been staying at the Beach Villas for decades and this unit didn’t disappoint! It was stocked well with kitchen tools, bathroom necessities, garbage bags, paper towels, beach towels (hidden in the master bathroom vanity, as it took us a couple days to stumble upon them), etc. The unit had incredible views. The property is very well maintained. The property management company was fantastic too, they checked us in, showed us the unit and were very responsive the few times we had questions. Check out was easy too. The only thing I would say, is the air conditioning is a little finicky, it works but requires not only shutting the lanai doors but ensuring they are fully locked. It got pretty toasty in the main room when we didn’t do it properly. All in all we had an amazing time! I would definitely recommend this unit!

Our 4th trip to Oahu to visit my son and family who live there. The condo was great, views were soul soothing and staff was wonderful! The luau at Paradise Cove was so much fun. Traffic and shopping was much more manageable in this area too. We loved every moment!!!
