I'm late in leaving this but this place was perfect. It was better than the pics and what a great location! The check in and out process was super easy and our family had an amazing time here. We stayed from Nov 17th to Dec 16th of 2023 and loved the space this provided for our family and all the visitors we had. It was easy access to the pool area and the drive to anywhere was super convenient. I would definitely stay this agency again.

We were so pleasantly surprised by the condo once we arrived, it felt so much bigger than the photos! And the large lanai on the golf course was great (if you keep an eye out for the random ball!!). We had an amazing time in Ko Olina, and access to the beach and Sports Club was amazing for free parking at Lagoon 4. We can't wait for our next stay.

Convenient location within 20 min walk from Lagoons 3&4. One big advantage of the property is the pretty patio overlooking the golf course. The second one is the ability to use the gym off-premises and Marina parking. During holidays, public parking can be full and it's nice to have guaranteed parking. House garage was convenient and spacey, remote opener included. Very quiet neighbors on both sides, we barely saw or heard them.
As to the cons: the house is old and stocked at a bare-bones level. Cleanliness was to be desired, smelly couch. Lawn mower on the golf court would start rattling at 5am every other day or so, waking everyone up if windows were left open. Property manager (Grant) stopped replying to texts after a few days, we couldn't schedule mid-term cleaning. A/C worked fine initially but its efficiency seemed to have dropped over time upstairs. Lighting on the porch was unusable, we bought and installed our own lights along the fence and left them there. The pool at Fairways complex was closed during the entire month.
Overall, we were glad to have a longer term stay option during the holidays and enjoyed our favorite Oahu location (Ko Olina) but wouldn't stay at that place again.
