The condo has central AC and ceiling fans in every room for constant comfort. Wi-Fi is provided and can be used throughout the complex. The kitchen is stocked with items necessary to prepare your meals. The living room has ample seating, a large screen smart TV, and lanai access. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, closet, a smart TV, and lanai access. A bathroom with a shower/tub combination is contained within. The guest bedroom contains a queen size bed and ample closet storage. The guest bathroom also contains a shower/tub combination. A Pack-n-Play and portable booster/high chair available in the condo. All linens and towels are provided. The living room also contains a pull out sofa bed. The lanai is a great place to relax and listen to the sounds of the nearby waves, with a beautiful tropical view. There is only a limited ocean view from the lanai. Four beach chairs, one umbrella, and an ice chest are provided for guest use. One designated parking stall is included, which is located just beneath the condo next to the stairwell. The condo is located on the second floor of the building. There is an elevator to the complex, however (6) steps are still required. After spending a week in rentals on other islands, this felt like home with comfortable beds and pillows and real AC. It felt like somewhere where the owners spend a good bit of their free time with higher quality
furnishings and was well equipped. The patio was perfect for lounging with morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Convenient location for things in Kona, grocery store, other adventures on the island. Easy communication with owners for checkin and short check out list. If life brings me back this way, I’d stay here again.

We had a great stay here. Very quiet and we had everything we needed. The unit was beautiful and spacious in the perfect location. The pool was amazing with beautiful views of the ocean. We loved it!

This property was great. The rooms were very clean and had everything you would need. I loved that the property was quiet and calm, yet still close to everything we wanted to do. I only spent a short time at the pool but it looked very well kept and clean. The owners were very responsive and the check in process was easy and detailed well. I would stay here again!

Great stay, the condo has everything you could possibly need in terms of equipment, with some really nice touches like beach blanket, bag and cooler. Kitchen also super well stocked with equipment.

This was our first time staying in a Vrbo and it was so much more relaxing for our family. The condo was in the back, away from the street nestled next to a farm. We loved sitting out on the lanai after a day at the beach and just relaxing!! Definitely going to come back again on our next visit.

The location could not have been more perfect! So close to downtown, Walmart, and Safeway and just minutes from some of our favorite Big Island beaches. Condo was well equipped with anything we could need and then some! Our host was always so prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had. We highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed staying at Von's condo along Ali'i Drive. The location was quiet, but within minutes of downtown Kona. Beach access within easy walking distance. AC is always a plus in the heat and humidity and the pool was very nice and clean. Beds and couch were comfy, and the wrap around lanai facing the "jungle." was wonderful. The condo had all the amenities and more. I'd prefer to give this condo a rating of 1 instead of 5 so I never have to fight with people to reserve it again! ;)

This condo is amazing for anyone looking for a peaceful stay on the big island. The condo it’s self it’s very clean and homey, plus the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. The pool was great. Overall we loved our week here and couldn’t ask for better hosts. They had everything we would need for a great stay on the island

I've stayed in Kona three times now and this was the best. Located right on Ali'i Drive, it is close to all the activities you may want to do there. A small beach right across the street allows you great sunset views. The lanai is gorgeous and looks down on palm trees, birds, and other wildlife as the sun dapples in through the trees each morning. The decor is very well done and comfortable. It was very clean and management was very attentive to make sure we had a nice stay. Thanks so much!

Our trip was nothing short of amazing ! We arrived late the first evening and it was so nice to walk into a clean condo . I’m in the vacation rental business myself so my standards are probably higher than most. We only had 1 slight issue which is fixed almost immediately the owner and the property manager were both so pleasant to work with and the location of this condo is perfect so close to everything downtown . There is even a small beach right across the street where the turtles come up to beach we were lucky enough to see them on multiple nights during our stay . We loved the condo so much that we plan on staying here again when we return next year . Can’t not recommend this place enough I wash I could rate it higher than 5 starts because that’s how great it was .

We have stayed in many places, and this one is by far the best! It is in a great location, close to many shops and restaurants, and right on the water. The communication between the owners, and ourselves was excellent. The condo was very clean and filled with many amenities. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I felt like I was right at home but only in paradise!

We really enjoyed our time here. We had a couple of issues with the property, but the owner was very communicative and resolved everything right away. The pool was great we used it quite a few times and we loved the friendly cats that would pay us visits. WiFi was a little slow and walls were quite thin. This condo had an in unit washer and dryer which was very helpful and convenient for us. Kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook as often as we liked. Overall the property was very spacious and clean. The owner was nice to us, I would definitely recommend this place to others.
