This home provides sensational views of not only the beach but the rugged mountain terrain and the harbor.
This double gated 5 bedroom 4 bathroom two story penthouse perched on the cliff overlooking Kalapaki Beach can sleep 12 comfortably and up to 14. Four bedrooms occupy the top floor three with with their own in-suite bathroom, flat screen TV and king (2) & queen (1)size beds. A bunk room with 2 full size on bottom & twins on top is an excellent space for kids and teens which can sleep up to 6 note: this room doesn’t have AC. The bottom floor has an additional bedroom (k) with a full bath next-door which also serves as the powder bath. The kitchen is appointed with Subzero and a Viking oven and dual fuel range (6 burners and a griddle). The over sized bar has a sink, Keurig, drip coffee and wine fridge and bar seating. Please note the ice machine is off replaced with an automatic counter unit until the full size comes in. The home has a formal living room and family room along with indoor dining and outdoor dining and gas grill. The entire house has A/C in all rooms except laundry & bunk and excellent trade winds with louvered windows to enjoy the sounds the beach below and cooling salty winds.
Kalapaki Beach homes enjoy ample parking, gated neighborhood and an elevator at the end of the street whisking you down a few stories to the board walk where you can enjoy a morning walk, beach or numerous dining and water sports. The famous Duke's restaurant as well as many others are within a 5 minute stroll. The airport is 5 minutes away. Timbers resort is a lovely scenic 5 minute stroll along the many beachside walking paths.

This was absolutely amazing home to stay in, especially with extended families!! So much room for everyone you’ll never be crowded. We had 11 people. It has an amazing view on two balconies. Bathrooms in almost every room and plentiful hot water. The home was well stocked with everything that you could possibly need in the kitchen and that stove grill was amazing. There’s also a BBQ, which we also used. The location is excellent as it’s close to the airport and shopping and midway on the island, very convenient if you need to go north or south. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Excellent location, view, and nicely appointed rental. Sarah was very responsive and made our stay very nice, especially for two kiddos. Beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and beach towels were plentiful. All of the bedrooms were very well appointed, and the main bedroom suite is beautiful.
Parking was easy for three vehicles or more. Would absolutely stay here again. Plenty of room to spread out for a large group.
