Kiahuna Plantation (Unit 53 in building 10) is a renovated one bedroom, one bath condo, upstairs corner unit, in a two-story plantation style building. Unit has a stunning view of the great lawn and the Twin Bridges Garden, as it is centrally located. The end, upstairs unit allows for more open louvers and great cross ventilation and is a short stroll to Kiahuna's sandy beach.
The condo comfortably sleeps four, with a king size bed and a queen size sofa bed available. The condo comes with complimentary use of the pool, fitness club and tennis courts at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club which is across the road from the complex. Kiahuna Plantation is the only condo complex in Poipu on a swimming beach; beach chairs and towels are complimentary to guests at the onsite Beach Hut.
All towels, linens and toiletries are provided to our guests. Guest services are managed by an onsite management company. The condo has air conditioning in the bedroom as well as ceiling fans and an abundance of louvered windows and doors to create cross breezes. Free wireless internet access is provided to our guests. A large flat screen television is available in the living room. Gas grills are nearby and available for our guests' use. The kitchen has a recent renovation which included stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, cabinets, sink, pots and pans. The kitchen is fully stocked should you wish to cook "at home"; there are two local supermarkets and, for those who prefer not to cook, there are many restaurants in the area. The shower was also recently renovated and has both rainforest or jet control options.
Our lanai provides a tranquil setting to dine, to have your morning coffee or to simply sit and watch the day go by or to experience the setting sun in a kaleidoscope of stunning color and splendor.
This is a remarkably peaceful place, with the manicured lawns and gardens, the stunning beach, and a true sense of the spirit of Kauai as a place for relaxation, rejuvenation, and renewal....

Kiahuna Plantation is a special place and this unit is the reason why. The gardens are spectacular, and the peaceful setting make this a must stay. The unit is immaculate, the owner is responsive and this place is somewhere you do not want to skip. Will be back and will book this unit again. Do not hesitate to book you will not be disappointed.

Loved the proximity to the beach, on-site laundry facilities and gym across the street. The condo was very clean, organized and equipped with everything we needed for our stay and loved the use of the small cooler for our adventures away from the condo. The hosts were great to work with, especially since the unit had been sold to them after we had booked with the previous owners, making the transition easy. Mahalo and we will be back!

This is a great property, that has been updated and cared for. Kitchen had everything I needed, and we cooked in. Owner was always quick to respond when we had questions. Staying here, you get to go to the Kiahuna Club, which has a top notch gym, pickleball / tennis courts, and club restaurant. Would stay here again, it was easy nice and relaxing.

Location is very convenient. The Plantation grounds are very lovely. You can also walk to Poipu Beach and check out the turtles and Monk seals sleeping on the beach. There is also Poipu Village shopping center across the street.
Owner was very helpful & nice. The condo was nicely decorated & well equipped.

the communication with the owners was excellent in making all arrangements. the suite is beautifully decorated and has everything you need and some additional niceties (wine glasses, beach chairs and umbrellas, cushions for the patio furniture, iron, blender, coffee grinder, air conditioner which hasn't been our experience in other units on this property). the unit is close to the maintenance building so there is some early morning traffic and trucks beeping when they back up delivering to the neighbouring hotel. on a more pleasant note, the bird songs in the morning are glorious.

This has to be the nicest condo we have stayed in @ Kiahuna Plantation, and we have been coming here for 15 year. Beautifully decorated...such a nice view out to the big beautiful tree and yard. Other condos we have stayed in only have the very basic dishes and cooking supplies. Best selection of glasses, including “wine glasses”. There’s nothing better than having a nice glass of wine from the perfect glass. Very comfortable furniture and bed. We were here for 5 weeks and didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to return next year, and the year, and year after.

We loved the property . Everything was very handy , laundry facilities close, BBQ close , and it was quiet . The Birds and the rooster cheerfully woke us up in the AM . The Beach was lovely as well as the boardwalk .
Only 1 thing they need to update on this listing is the cleaning fee expense . Otherwise , it was a very enjoyable condo!!

We ate in most nights and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and loved the grills on the property. We enjoyed the access to the gym across the street. Perfect location on the island. This is the third unit we have stayed in at the plantation and definitely our favorite! Being a top unit, it has vaulting ceilings with a ceiling fan in each room and A/C in the bedroom. Since it is on the corner, it also has more windows than the middle units (we counted 3 more!) which provided an amazing cross-breeze. The view of the great lawn was stunning & so relaxing to listen to the birds and smell the flowers from the lanai every morning. We love that this unit is a quick an easy walk to the beach and to the athletic club! The pool, waterslide, sandy beach / wading area, fitness center, ping pong, and poolside drink & food service at the fitness center are top notch. We walked down to the beach every night for the AMAZING sunsets and even spotted some turtles surfing in the waves. The unit itself has been remodeled so nicely & had everything we needed including beach gear, kitchen tools, games, etc. The rainfall shower (which also has jets!) was a highlight. To top it all off, James and Shaun were amazing hosts. So kind, friendly, organized and responsive! We highly recommend booking through them and staying in their lovely condo. We hope to return in the future!!
