This was the most perfect stay. Such a beautiful property in the most stunning place on Earth. I have been raving about this spot to my friends and family and can’t wait to return and stay here again in the future ♥️

The windows were lovely, looking into the lush treetops and letting in the breezes. Loved the bathroom views….and the street had the most AMAZING views to the Hanalei bay! Walk to the end of the road and then down the path to see more views or go all the way down to the ocean. So gorgeous! Easy to find and access. Only downside was spotty internet and nowhere to sit outside.

My husband and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great location, comfortable, beautiful space inside and out, and it was well stocked with everything we needed.

We really loved our week staying here. The street it's on can't be beat- felt quiet and private compared to a resort area stay. Short walk to a private beach and the 1 Hotel that we did almost daily. Also a quick and easy drive to Hanalei Bay. There was also a nice welcome packet with helpful tips and restaurant recs that we appreciated. This is a new rental and we were amongst the first groups to stay, so there are still a few kinks being worked out. But Kat was very helpful and willing to accommodate for anything we requested. Would absolutely stay again in the future.

Being very familiar with Princeville and the sometimes crowded bustle of Hanalei (especially during Easter) I was pleasantly surprised by what a peaceful time I had renting the tree top suite. Tucked among million(s) dollar houses in the Princeville greenbelt it was safe and clean and new and very quiet - yet the nearby forrest path down to the Hanalei river with a thigh-high wade across to the beach/pier and town (coffee) every morning quickly became my morning routine. HBR and One are a hike through the woods, and Foodland and the Kauai shuttle are a reasonable walk up Hanalei Plantation Rd.. While part of a larger property with resident owners, they were hardly visible and very hands-off during my entire stay. A perfect affordable piece of a very high-end area, great for a couple and even better for a single person. It was just what I needed. Finding something in this location that is not part of a resort is a rare find. Next time I probably won't even rent a car, but travel light and Uber and public trans my way around instead.

We arrived in the evening and there was no ice in the freezer for a cocktaills/no ice maker 😩 The hot water heater is very small, my wife and I took our shower together and quickly ran out of hot water. The shower is all glass on 2 sides with no shades so if you are looking for privacy from next door neighbor (there is partial shading/not complete) additionally shading needs to be installed. Bed comfort is good but there are no outlets on each side of bed for charging and there are no bedside lamps which was disappointing. The other thing needed is an electric broom/vac.
We hope to stay here again as we winter in Honolulu.

This small cottage is as lovely as the photos indicate! It is secluded and in a beautiful neighborhood between Princeville and the Hanalei River. The biggest surprise was a fairly easy 15 minute walk down the road and trail to an almost private beach just across the river with a view of Hanalei Bay. We were delighted to discover "Tree Top" and explore the environs and hope to return next time we're in Kauai.
