Laundry Level on Main Level as carport, with your own private use of a washer/dryer that belongs to the unit. Walk up the 1st flight of Stairs to the Main Living Area. There is a Comfortable Pull out sofa for 2 people in this space, with Private Lanai Access.

A beautiful kitchen that's fully equipped for your use and a half bathroom is on this 1st level as well. This unit has new countertops and cabinets. The 1st level is complete with wood flooring and tastefully furnished.

Walk up one more flight of stairs to the top level where one can enjoy the Primary Bedroom. This room is separated by moving shoji doors. Close them off for privacy and to separate the bed configurations or leave them open for a more open space. On the top floor there is a King bed, as well as twin trundle bed with two twin beds. Upstairs is complete with a Second Lanai! There is large bathroom with walk in shower!
