Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for two cars in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Enjoy luxury in our 3 bedroom-3 ½ bath home in the Villages at Mauna Lani. ResorticaHawaii manages our home with a very professional staff. Cleanliness is a priority and comfort for our guests is just as important.
Our unit is one of the few with no stairs from the driveway to the front door. We do have 2 levels, but everything, except two bedrooms, is located on the ground floor. The main living area has a well stocked kitchen, dining for 8, laundry room, ½ bath and also one of the bedrooms with a King bed and its own full size bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find the master suite with a king bed and full size bathroom. The other bedroom is a queen bed and twin bed with its own full size bathroom attached. All rooms have fans so you can choose air conditioning or use expansive sliding doors and enjoy Hawaiian breezes.
You will find you won’t need to drive anywhere once you settled into the home. The pool and fitness center is at the end of our quiet street. The grocery store, Foodland, is outside the front gates ¼ mile from the home. You will also find shops, restaurants, fresh coffee and treats. Mauna Lani Resort has walking paths winding around the entire resort area. World class golf at Mauna Lani is a couple min drive away. The Fairmont Orchid Hotel is close by too if you want to enjoy resort dining.
