Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment in the Iconic Ilikai Hotel and Luxury Suites. This is an owner unit with access to most of the hotel amenities. Parking in the building is by paid valet only, but there is also self parking available in the marina.
The building has 2 pools, 2 restaurants with bars, convenience store, ice cream shop, and several other stores in the lobby.
Enjoy expansive views and delicious food at Pesca on the top of the Ilikai.
The space:
Easy and convenient 24 hour self check in. Most things you need can be attained on the property without ever leaving the building, but don't hesitate to use the concierge in the lobby to arrange tours or activities around the island.
We provide fresh linens, towels, toiletries and supplies upon arrival, which are included as part of the cleaning fee. Additional cleanings, linens or supplies can be provided at an additional fee by the cleaning staff in the building.
Guest access:
We have a private room on the 5th floor of the Ilikai Hotel and Luxury Suites. You will also have access to both pools, the lobby area, live entertainment on weekends, and the shops, bar and restaurant in the lobby area. Valet Parking, Bell Captains, Concierge Desk and Car Rental in the lobby are available for your use if you like. The Front Desk is for Hotel Guests (not owner guests) but they are very friendly and helpful.
Other things to note:
Parking in the Ilikai Hotel is by Valet only and costs $45 for 24 hours with in/out privileges. There is free parking in the Marina during the days, but no free overnight parking. Free parking is limited to 6 hours between 4:30am and 10:30pm. Options for overnight parking include the metered spots in the Marina and Self-Parking at the building next door (Ilikai Marina) where the overnight rates are slightly better.
