Nice 1-bedroom condo with partial view of Kona Pier. The location is downtown Kona and we found that helpful as we were there to swim for training. You will need to buy everything to cook including oil or Pam. Simply salt and pepper available.

We enjoyed having both an indoor living room and an outdoor lanai to relax in. Quiet, yet steps away from restaurants, stores, swimming, and ocean front to watch dolphins, whales, and sunsets. Charming little condo that has everything you need for a great stay. There were even personalized Hawaii coasters when we arrived as a welcoming gift. King sized bed, washer and dryer, kitchen, living room, and deck. You can see a sliver of the ocean on the deck, not the full view but still very nice. Would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful time at this place. It was spacious and clean, and the view was good from the balcony. The location was convenient, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Kailua-Kona.

The flat was perfectly equipped, located ( for what I needed , being near the Ironman), surprisingly quiet for being so central. Everyone was friendly in the building. The bed was super comfy.I had one of the best weeks off my life and would definitely choose to stay there again if I’m back for Ironman in 2025 .The owner was super helpful and responsive via email .Thank you for making my stay such a pleasure.

I donʻt usually write reviews, but my girlfriend and I loved this condo! Itʻs set back off Aliʻi Drive in central Kona, so all the restaurants and shops are right there. It has a great balcony that looks out over the ocean (nice for sunset), and there is a mini fridge for drinks. My photo doesnʻt do it justice. The building looks a little basic when you drive in, but the condo itself is unexpectedly comfortable.Inside, the condo is fully equipped. We didnʻt cook, but the full kitchen would have made it easy. It has a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker plus pots, pans, and utensils. The living room and bedroom have separate AC units. It has a king size bed that is super comfy, and all the linens, soaps and shampoos were provided. Plus there were four mask and snorkel sets, beach chairs and towels. When we arrived they had little coffee set up and we got a free set of coasters as a gift.The owners really considered the guest experience when equipping this place. It was like staying in a deluxe hotel with lots of extras.

Our stay in Kona was wonderful and stores were walking distance from Kona Plaza. The unit itself was nicely furnished, clean and easy access was provided.
Would definitely rebook on future visits to Kona!
