When you arrive in Waikoloa Colony Villa, use the gate code sent to you to open the gates, drive to building 9 where Unit 904 is located. You can first drive up to the unit courtyard to load/unload your luggage, then find reserved parking spot right in front of the building (it says 904 Reserved 83 on the parking spot). Park your car and walk up to the front door, use the door code sent to you to open the front door.
PROPERTY OCCUPANCY IS from 4:00 pm on arrival day to 11:00 am on departure day unless alternate times have been pre-arranged.

Absolutely fantastic! Our stay was beyond our expectations. The townhome is beautifully furnished, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We loved waking up to the serene golf course views and enjoying coffee on the private lanai. The amenities are top-notch: the pools are refreshing, the tennis courts are well-maintained, and the resort feels very high-end. The location is perfect, offering easy access to beaches, shopping, and dining. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend!
