Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with cable, sofa sleeper couch, central AC, ceiling fan, dining table for 4, breakfast bar for 2, and sitting chairs. In unit washer/dryer located near the bathroom.
Lanai: Bistro table for four, and beach gear(4 chairs, cooler, and umbrella).
Stay Aloha provides an essentials kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath products, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.
NO BOOKING FEES! We do have a $50 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.

Kihei Beach Resort is on the 6 mile stretch of beachfront located in North Kihei. Offering amazing sunsets, swimming, kite surfing, those long walks on the beach and spectacular seasonal whale watching. Kihei Beach Resort offers free open parking and right across the street from farmers market, abc store, bakery, and shaved ice.
PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.
Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Great location, on the beach and close to town. The unit could use some deep cleaning and a bit of TLC. We have stayed in this building prior in other units and it appears that this unit is probably an investment property vs privately owned. The unit has most of the “basic” needs such as appliances, dishes, towels, etc, but it would have been more comfortable with additional items that you find in most privately owned units, especially when there is no cleaning service during the stay. A couple examples, upon check-in, crumbs and sand were seen in the corners of the kitchen, greasy hand prints on the stove, dirty prints on the tile. Coupled this with no operating vacuum for the carpet or mop for the tile probably doesn’t help the need for multiple ant traps in the kitchen. Simple things like a lid for the garbage can, securing the loose towel racks in both bathrooms and some paint touch up are examples of some TLC. Again the location, building, pool, access to the beach are awesome and we’ll stay there again but probably not in this unit.
