Our condo is located on an ocean bluff having the luxury of a 180 degree view of blue water from every room. Along with magical waves, you will see outrigger paddlers and sea kayaks and other boats of various descriptions. Watching whales spending their winter vacation here from about December to April while the females give birth. See turtles feeding directly below our building on the reefs at Turtle Cove. See fishermen in the surf on the reef at the beach. Viewing exceptional rainbows almost every day. Watch and listen to magic of the waves while you drift off to sleep.
The smell of ocean breeze is so invigorating and peaceful. Located in beautiful Princeville the golfing resort and next door to Hanalei Bay. We're surrounded by the most beautiful beaches in Kauai - Pu'u Poa, Hideaway, Tunnels, Kealia, Hanalei, Anini, Kauapea (Secret), Ke'e, Blackpot, Kalihiwie, Lumahai, Waikoko, and many more! There is so much to do in this area, from relaxing to playing.

Tropical Oceanfront Piece of Paradise, Every Room with Ocean Views and A/C!
Spectacular Oceanfront Condo at Hideaways Beach, Bali Hai Views, AC all rooms
The condominium is spacious about 1200 square feet and has been completely updated. The unit is all on one level, located on the main floor of the building, just 5 steps up from the parking lot. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen. There are travertine floors throughout, and granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms, custom shower in both bathrooms state of the art, 5 start hotel. There is an on site pool with chairs, BBQ grills, restrooms and an outdoor shower. Tennis and Pickleball are available at the nearby Makai Club with no charge.
The master bedroom has a king mattress, spacious ensuite master bathroom with dual headed marble and glass shower area and Sanijet hydromassage tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and also spacious bathroom with dual headed marble and glass shower area located just across the hall. We also have a baby crib, and a play-n-pak available on request.
Open kitchen with island, bright with natural light, and fantastic ocean views. Updated stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee combo, toaster, mixer, and well-stocked with lots of plates, cups, cooking utensils, a full spice rack, etc. Anything you might need to prepare a meal is in the kitchen, which makes it really easy to buy food at the grocery store without needing to get every spice or condiment you might need to accompany your meal.
Communications and electronic gear include a 52" LCD HD flat screen television in the living room, a 39" flat screen television in the master bedroom. Cable TV is provided for both TVs and there is a high speed internet and Wi Fi (wireless) connection.

Lucy has a great property! It’s well stocked, clean, great location and amazing views from every room. Lucy was very helpful when we needed assistance with the coffee pot. We are already trying to plan a return trip. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return.

This condo has everything! It is just a described and better. We enjoyed the wonderful views of the ocean from the lanai and both bedrooms. The owner Lucy was really great to work with. Very responsive and super helpful. The kitchen was the most stocked kitchen I have experienced in a vacation rental. It has everything. The washer and dryer is a nice amenity. Beds were very comfortable. There is also all the beach things you would need. Chairs/umbrellas towels!! Made going to the beach easy and fun. I very highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed. Hopefully I will have a chance to return to Kauai And I will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much Lucy for sharing your beautiful property with us.

One of the best location in whole Princeville. The view from this unit felt us like we are nurtured by the whole ocean, what a blessing. Truly we could see the ocean from every room. Enjoyed the in room jacuzzi tub. In the kitchen, they had everything we needed to cook including oils, spices, etc. Only issue was the key for the entrance door but Lucy responded immediately and helped us, and she said she will replace it. Overall, it was the fantastic stay. Mahalo nui.

We spent a wonderful week in this lovely condo. We loved the 180 degree ocean views from the balcony/living room and 2 bedrooms. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We stayed here for 10 days. The owner Lucy was very responsive and was amazing! We were having some trouble getting into the place when we arrived (on us), and she immediately came over. She also checked in with us to see how we were doing which was really great! The location couldn't be any better and the parking was fantastic. The ocean views from every room in the condo were breathtaking...waking up to a Kauai sunrise every morning was just incredible. The condo itself was very well kept and had all of the essentials one would need for a great stay. They also had full beach gear available for use which was fantastic.
We highly recommend and would not hesitate staying here again!

This Princeville condo is thoughtfully designed, clean and well appointed. It has a true aloha vibe. The views from the lanai are exquisite. We ate most of our meals there. Sunrise was spectacular and the sunsets were lovely too. We regularly saw outrigger canoes, tropical birds, and lovely clouds. The ocean breezes in this condo kept us cool and comfortable. This condo is perfectly located for gorgeous beaches and Kaua’i adventures, while having a very secluded feel away from traffic and commerce. All communication was prompt, clear, and friendly. Lucy is an excellent host. You will not regret this choice. Mahalo Lucy!

Just... wow. This place is everything it's advertised to be in the listing, and more. Waking up to this view is a bucket list sort of thing, and that breeze! Don't worry about not having A/C, because it's absolutely unnecessary here. We were there in the peak of summer, and with just the windows and doors open, we were all comfortable. We even got cold at night with the fan running! You can practically taste the salt water in the air, that's how close you are. Amazing, simply amazing. You won't regret it.

This was absolutely the best stay we have ever had in Hawaii/Kauai! Breathtaking views right on the ocean with ocean views in every single room. This beautiful beachy condo has the best breeze flowing through the whole house to keep you comfortable, refreshed, and relaxed. The condo is so spacious and has everything to accommodate your stay! We absolutely loved waking up to the beautiful sunrise right out our windows and loved watching the beautiful skies change colors as the sun set each night out on the patio. We also loved eating breakfast on the patio as we listened to the waves roll in to shore. It’s really close to some great shopping and it’s also close to some beautiful beaches. Lucy is such a sweet host and
