The Island Colony Condominium is a place like home. You’ll find a convenience store, pool deck, gym, ice vending machines and paid laundromat that accepts all credit and debit cards on the 6th floor.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the pool and Jacuzzi area from 7am to 9pm, located on the 6th floor. There is also a gym on the same level that requires a $5 fee per stay and a signed waiver at the front desk for checkout.
Parking is available for $40 per 24 hours, payable to the attendant or machine. In and out privileges are included; inquire for more details. There is a rental car place on the ground floor of the building, which is a convenient option for renting a car onsite. The parking area has a height limit of 6 feet 2 inches.
A Biki station, part of Hawaii’s bike share program, is also nearby.
The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk away. Everything else in Waikiki, including shops and restaurants, is within walking distance as you explore the area.
The Neighborhood:
The Island Colony is located in central Waikiki, a block away from the International Market place and tons of restaurants. The beach is about a 5 minute stroll away. Be right in the middle of it!
Getting Around:
Parkings is offered by the building at $40 per day, however if you're just planning to stay within Waikiki, everywhere is pretty much walkable, or a short Biki (our bike share)ride away.
Other ways to get around is the Waikiki Trolley and the Bus, which has stops all along Kuhio Avenue.
Additionally if you decide to book with us we also have a rental car available on a car share program, that includes parking in the building. Please inquire after booking.

Temporary Pool/Jacuzzi Closure
The 6th floor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and pool deck areas will be closed for maintenance from November 10, 2024, at 9:00 PM to November 18, 2024, at 7:00 AM (weather permitting). The access gate will be locked, and all amenities will be unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
