NEW: This home includes FREE Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort passes in 2024. The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today in 2024. Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
Children under 5 do not count towards 10 people.
This 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with two Master Suites, each with a private ensuite, and King size bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, and the fourth bedroom with two TwinXL beds that can be combined as king with gel topper.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with high end grill and generous seating. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus another 6 at the lanai outdoor table, and there are plenty of dishes for those large gathering meals! The comfortable living room and coffee table is perfect for relaxing, playing games from our extensive collection, listening to music, or watching the large 65' LED TV.
The main floor lanai, equipped with outdoor kitchen, outdoor couch, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.
