Considering the condition of the unit, the property manager did an excellent job.
The good news about the unit is all of the new appliances.
But,
~32" TV X ~20 foot viewing distance s/b 5 -6' for that size tv. The entertainment system cabinet is outdated and cannot provide enough space for a practical sized tv.
Bedroom TV has no cable box, only streaming. The presence of coaxial cables appears that the cable box was removed.
Front bathroom, towel rack on right of sink has two sharp screws and another screw above protruding above the clothes washer. In order to prevent getting cut by these screws I put paper and tape over lower two.
Front bathroom cabinets are head injury hazard. The toilet faces one and the other extends over the toilet. I 6'4" tall and hit my head on each of them with one leaving a bruse.
Lanai chairs, deck are filthy.
Both hide-a-bed sofas are unfortable to sit on and smelly.
Poor WiFi reception in bedroom.
