This townhome offers 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. AC in the top level bedrooms, WiFi, and a washing machine, guests can relax and unwind in style. I learned a lesson here, read the fine print. When a unit says AC, make sure it's available throughout the house or unit. AC in this case was 2 portable units in just two bedrooms leaving the kitchen, dining area and living room extremely uncomfortable. In addition, though it was listed as a three bedroom unit one of the bedrooms was completely separate with no AC at all. In addition one of the AC units failed. One of the two toilets failed and had to be shut off. Utensils in the kitchen weren't clean and there were also large ants in the bedrooms and elsewhere from time to time. Both AC and toilet were not repaired during our stay though we notified the manager with ample time to repair them. Communications were difficult due to the lengthy messages and my failure to notice long text message may have numerous pages that are hidden. Also, laundry is available, but the units are outside, available to all the visitors and right under the lanai. Luckily we did not have anyone using them besides ourselves.
Otherwise the stay here was just OK, not worth the price.
