The peaceful and private corner unit has two light-filled bedrooms, comfortably furnished living and dining areas, and a wonderfully appointed kitchen. There's also a private wraparound lanai with beautiful views of the ocean from one side, and the waterfall speckled mountains from the other. Truly the best of both worlds! Master suite with king bed, guest bedroom with queen bed, sleeper sofa in living room.

You're also perfectly situated to explore the island hotspots at Alii Kai 2201. Anini Beach is just 15 minutes away, and has crystal clear waters that are perfect for snorkeling! You might also catch a glimpse of a Hawaiian green sea turtle while you're there. Hanalei Bay is also just 15 minutes away, and has beautiful golden sand beaches with calm waters perfect for all ages of swimmers. The charming Hanalei town is right nearby, and has a variety of boutiques and delicious restaurants and cafes for all your shopping and dining needs. If you want a break from the crowds, we recommend heading to Kilauea, just 20 minutes down the road, to check out the iconic lighthouse and wildlife preserve. If you prefer sticking a bit closer to home, the Princeville shopping center is just a mile away, and has plenty of options for shopping and grabbing tasty bites, as well as the Foodland grocery store for even more convenience! The nationally ranked Makai golf course is also just a 10 minute walk away from your front door, and has some of the best golfing in the country.

The Alii Kai complex is also perfect for a true staycation if you prefer to truly chill out! Spend a day by the complex pool lounging in the sun, and enjoying a picnic lunch at the shady clubhouse, or have an impromptu barbecue on the gas grill. The grounds are also beautifully situated on the bluffs, and have gorgeous views you can enjoy while taking a stroll.

Looking to explore other parts of the island? Drive time to the East Side (where the airport is) is roughly 55 minutes, and to the South Shore is 75 minutes.

As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned, however there are ceiling fans in each room and screen doors on the lanai to help with airflow.

This is an upstairs condo so you need to be able to go up and down one flight of stairs from the parking lot to the front door. There are no elevators.

Although this home has internet, the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party.
