The large lanai is perfect for whale and dolphin spotting, enjoying meals and watching the breathtaking sunsets. Currently they are estimating between 1.5 - 2 Months to complete each building for this work.
Their current order for the painting of the buildings mentioned below with the possible affected dates.

All dates are subject to change and Knutson & Associates has no say or control in if dates are changed. Dates are given by the complex's hired painting vendor.
The mentioned work will be affecting access to units at possible given times between the work being done on the building. Kona Makai will be sending notices of more specific dates that access will be affected between work hours. We unfortunately cannot provide any given dates for this. Other areas such as lanai access will be affected during times as well. Furthermore the AC will also not be allowed during specific times/dates when the work is going on.
Noise and obstructed views are also to be expected between the dates mentioned.
