On the 6th floor, you’ll find our Quarters or Credit/Debit Card Operated Laundry facilities. The Washer and Dryer are just inside the building for your easy convenience. Trash Chute is just at the same floor and all floors. We also have a 24/7 front desk that issues fobs upon arrival and a security desk at the lobby level.
You’ll appreciate the access to the amenity floor which features a rejuvenating swimming pool, sun deck, jacuzzi, sauna, and convenient BBQ grills. For those looking to stay active, our Fitness Center is available with a waiver & $5 one-time fee per person paid directly to the building. The Island Colony Mini Mart is a sundry store for quick purchases.
Paid Parking is available with the building parking garage managed by Elite Parking. This is arranged and paid to them directly.
On the lobby floor, you’ll find the Forty Niner Waikiki Eatery/Cafe. Be sure to give their solid delicious favorites a try: Banana French toast, Ube pancakes, Lemon & Ricotta pancakes. They also serve a delightful Hawaiian Breakfast which includes rice, eggs, Kalua Pig, and Lomi Lomi Salmon.
