The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The condo was generally nice, but did show some wear and tear (e.g. cracked mirror and paint peeling). The property management company was overly intrusive (multime similar emails and asking questions that were irrelevant to the stay such as what is your departure airline?) and it took them 2 days to respond to a maintanence request. They would not give entry instructions until the exact minute of entry. They sent extensive rules and regulations including $25 for each bag of garbage they needed to throw out on checkout. The condo was nice, but I would not want to deal with this property management company again.

The “starter kit” of paper products for a 10 day stay was weak. The toilet seat does not even fit the toilet, might want to spring for a new seat. There is no strainer in the kitchen which to me is part of a fully stocked unit. Other than those things the unit is pretty much as advertised.

We had a wonderful stay on Maui. Mahana is a fabulous location with everything we needed either on-site or nearby. The views are spectacular. We watched turtles, dolphins, whales and even a stingray from the living room and lanai. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely stunning views of Lana’i and Moloka’i, we stayed April 6-13 and saw whales every day! Turtles and even a Hawaiian Monk Seal sunning himself one day! Condo was very clean and bright. Seating was perfect for watching the ocean.
