Enjoy the benefits of the 900’ elevation with warm days and cool mornings and evenings, perfect weather for enjoying your Kona coffee and breakfast while watching the golfers on our lanai. Guests have access to the Waikoloa Village Assoc. tennis and pickleball courts and aquatic center, built in 2020. Or, enjoy our complex’s pool and hot tub and outdoor grills, just a minute’s walk from our condo. Go for an evening stroll and encounter wild turkeys, ducks or the endangered Hawaiian Nene. You may even book a horse-riding lesson at the Waikoloa Stables, the only Native Hawaiian owned and operated horseback company in the state.
Our remodeled condo has modern appliances and a well-stocked kitchen. Enjoy sleeping on a new (2024) memory foam king sized (master) or twin bed (guest). Watch the golfers go by or just admire the beautiful Kiawe (mesquite) trees outside the lanai from our new (2024) couch. Or, veg out watching our smart TV. Cozy comfort and stylish, Hale Hau'oli is a great value quality design and appliances including new dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and full size LG Washer/Dryer. Quality hand soaps, shampoo and conditioner is provided as well as a welcome basket of treats for your arrival.
While the unit does not have A/C there are quiet and powerful ceiling fans in this comfortable unit shaded by trees along the golf course. The unit has an assigned parking spot close by that is under the shade of solar panels in the parking lot.
When you’re hungry enjoy multiple restaurants from burgers and pizza, to fine dining at Pueo’s Osteria, all within a 4-minute drive. Or, take advantage of the best grocery store (KTA) we’ve found on the island and cook your own meal in our upgraded kitchen.
We have abundant supplies for a beach day and multiple beaches, including Hapuna and Waikoloa Beach, are within just a 15-20 minute drive.
