Kaiolu Sunrise is a secure building with convenient amenities, including coin-operated washer/dryer units on each floor, an on-site swimming pool, and a BBQ area. Please note the unit does not include parking, but a budget-friendly car-share program (Drive Hui) is available with 13 locations in Waikiki. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction
Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00
