Welcome to Sunset Shores! Located in Waialua on the North Shore of Oahu, this oceanfront hideaway is the perfect extended retreat to escape the blistering winter months or a great option for working remotely (emails & Mai Tai's).
The unit is a spacious one (1) bedroom, two (2) bath unit and offers 860 interior square feet for your enjoyment. The interior sleeps four (4) guests with one (1) king bed and a queen-sized Murphy bed in the living room. You are provided one (1) dedicated parking stall with additional street parking should you have visitors. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare on-site meals, washer/dryer for laundry, ceiling fans in all living spaces and a natural cross breeze for staying cool.
The amenities inside this unit are incredible. It features a television, spacious couch, free Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, and table & chairs (with extension leaf) for dining. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a stovetop, dishwasher, Keurig coffeemaker, microwave, plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. Furthermore, there is a community pool, hot tub, BBQ area, all located next to the ocean.
Additionally, the surrounding area is perfect for relaxing or spending the day outdoors.
Sunset Shores is a direct oceanfront community and provides a soothing environment that is not found these days on Oahu. Waialua is known as a historic sugar plantation town nestled in between Haleiwa and Mokuleia. Today you can find trendy eateries like Brew + Foam (coffee & pastries), Waialua General Store (poke), Paalaa Kai Bakery (famous snow puff pastry), and the Waialua Sugar Mill (designer soaps and suds).

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
