Welcome to the stunning and immaculate condo! We are happy to share our home with discerning guests looking for a get-away in Waikoloa Village. This is a ground floor unit. Walk out to a beautiful, hibiscus surrounded lanai overlooking the 9th fairway to the Robert Trent Jones, Jr. golf course, with ocean views in the distance. Walk the grounds of the complex and pick pomelos, papayas, limes, and oranges when they’re in season. Less than 20 steps away are one of two pools and jacuzzi within the complex. The pool area also has barbecue areas to grill your steaks or fresh fish.
Olelo Aloha Massage Therapy is on site and is located in the admin building where you can book a massage for a fee.

Waikoloa Village is located at about 1000 feet elevation and is just minutes away from some of the best beaches in all of Hawaii. This complex is very quiet and one of Waikoloa's most popular condo complexes. Waikoloa Villas is about a 15-minute walk to the local grocery store and restaurants. Great beaches within a 20-minute drive include A-Bay (Anaeho'omalu Bay), Hapuna, Spencer Beach, Mauna Lani, and Mauna Kea Beach. Take the beach towels, chairs, and rolling cooler.

Up the hill to Kamuela-Waimea town, on Wednesday's and Saturday, there are great Farmers Markets with vegetables, crafts, and delicious foods. There are also two larger grocery stores- KTA and Foodland.
A short drive down the hill takes you to the Queen’s and King’s Shops which have great restaurants and shopping. Roy's, Sansei Japanese, Macaroni Grill and a food court with some local favorites. The shops also have free entertainment throughout the month, check listings.

The north island offers many hiking trails and areas to explore. Malasadas at Tex's, or breakfast/lunch at Gramma’s Kitchen in Honoka'a are not to be missed. If you are missing the hustle and bustle of city life, or need to make a Costco/Target run, Kailua-Kona is a 40-minute ocean view drive south.

Our condo really is the ideal location for a short or long-term stay. You will find everything you need for a perfect holiday, whether you are a gourmet chef or a microwave master. We furnished our condo as our actual home and included all the things we need and use. You are not stepping into a typical vacation rental but a thoughtfully and tastefully furnished home ready for you to enjoy and share with us.
