This inviting studio offers the perfect balance of comfort and scenic beauty. Located in the heart of Waikiki, this unit features partial views of the ocean, a picturesque golf course, mountains, and the city skyline. With modern furnishings, including a comfortable bed and cozy sofa, you’ll feel right at home during your stay.

The Island Colony Condominium is a place like home. You’ll find a convenience store, pool deck, gym, ice vending machines and paid laundromat that accepts all credit and debit cards on the 6th floor.

Guests will have access to the pool and Jacuzzi area from 7am-9pm (located on the 6th floor). There is also a gym on the same level that requires a $10 fee per stay as well as waiver needs to be signed at the front desk for checkout.

Parking is paid for $45 per 24 hours to the attendant. There is a rental car place downstairs of the building that should be a good option to renting a car onsite. Parking area has a height limit of 6 ft 2 inches.

The beach is about a 5-10 minutes walk away. Everything else in Waikiki is walking distance as you explore the shops and restaurants.

The Island Colony is located in central Waikiki, a block away from the International Market place and tons of restaurants. The beach is about a 5 minute stroll away. Be right in the middle of it!

Parking is available through the building at $45 per day. However, if you're staying within Waikiki, most destinations are walkable or a quick Biki (bike share) ride away. Other options include the Waikiki Trolley and TheBus, with convenient stops along Kuhio Avenue.

Important Notice:
Temporary Pool/Jacuzzi Closure

The 6th floor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and pool deck areas will be closed for maintenance from November 10, 2024, at 9:00 PM to November 22, 2024, at 7:00 AM (weather permitting). The access gate will be locked, and all amenities will be unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

*Please note that any guest registration submitted within 48 hours of check-in will incur a $10 late submission fee. This policy is enforced by the building to help prevent check-in line congestion and minimize delays. Late submissions will result in guests being asked to wait until those with timely registrations are assisted.

- For same-day bookings, we’ll coordinate directly with the front desk to register your reservation promptly.
