Other things to note
Please no smoking in the home or on the lanai. The HOA only allows smoking in the back of the parking lot.
Kauai style, shoes off inside. Please note that our sand is sticky and our mud stains.
Please wash off at the beach or at the pool showers to avoid getting sand inside or in the shower.
As with most homes on Kauai, this home is NOT air conditioned. There is good air flow and access to fans, but keep it mind that it can get warm during summer months.
This home has fast Wi-Fi.
Please note: this is a ground-floor condo and there is occasionally noise from the upstairs neighbors or the road and surrounding grounds....
