First Unit
The first unit is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2ba townhouse on the 3rd & 4th floors with 3 lanais with spectacular view. Quick access to our beach and BBQs. This beautiful condo is filled with art work by local Hawaiian artists. Gourmet kitchen with new sub zero freezer. Upstairs, master bedroom is on the ocean with a jacuzzi style tub and a private lanai on the ocean. Guest bedroom has queen bed and private bath, lanai has mountain views. Downstairs is a 3rd bedroom with twin beds that can be made into a king bed upon request. There is a sofa bed in the living room and a 1/2 bath off the hallway. New curtains in the living room and Tiger Bamboo floors upstairs. There is quick access to our beach for swimming, kayaking and snorkeling and there is a front row seat for whale watching during the winter months.
Second Unit
Looking for the perfect condo for your dream vacation? This beauty has it all! 1650 square feet with room for everyone to have their space and be comfortable. Bar seating for eight people and comfortable sectional couch in the living room. The living room has a 55 inch TV and cable. Downstairs has twin beds that can be made into a king if you prefer. This bedroom has a 43 inch tv with cable access. Half bath downstairs for your convenience. Upstairs has the mountain side bedroom with a queen sized bed and a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. This bedroom has 50 inch TV. Master bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom with a shower. We have a 50 inch TV in this room.
Walk straight out on to the lanai and take in the unobstructed views on our neighbor islands. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves right outside your condo. Upstairs has a washer and dryer in the hallway.
Located on the third and forth floor just north of Lahaina this condo has views you cannot beat. The property has beach access and a BBQ station with four gas grills. In the evening enjoy our tiki torches that light up the night at sunset. We are also one of the only properties that can boast about our heated pool and lush grounds. This condo has split AC unit in all bedrooms as well as the living areas. Each one can control the temperature they prefer. Great for tropical nights! Your family will want to return every year!
