Shores at Waikoloa Golf Villa 20, located along side Golf Villa 19- are the only single-story standalone condominiums in all of Waikoloa Beach Resort that are available as a vacation rental. Grand Welcome also manages Golf Villa 19 ideal for larger family gatherings needing an additional Villa.
This luxurious 3-bedroom villa is perfect for families and friends looking to explore the Hawaiian island. The Waikoloa Beach Resort offers numerous amenities, including lush golf course greenery, a swimming pool, fitness room, BBQ stations, tennis courts, and koi ponds, ensuring endless entertainment. Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay) beach is just a mile away, where you can swim with dolphins, windsurf, snorkel, or take a glass-bottom boat tour. The King's and Queen's shops, less than a mile away, provide excellent shopping and dining options. Don't forget to check out the scenic golf courses and set your tee time!
The double-door entrance leads you to a spacious living room with a 75" Smart HDTV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+), and a comfortable sectional. From here, you can access the wrap-around golf course view lanai that faces the 13th fairway. The lanai is furnished with seating and a BBQ, perfect for grilling burgers under the tropical sun. This single-story villa ensures you won't have to worry about carrying heavy bags upstairs.
The kitchen is a haven for the chef in your group, equipped with a drip coffee maker, double oven, kettle, dishwasher, and more to make you feel right at home. The formal dining table seats six, with an additional two seats at the breakfast nook in the kitchen.
The two master bedrooms ensure total privacy and are separated by the living room. Each master bedroom features a King bed, ensuite bathroom with standing shower, and 50" Smart TV, so there's no need to fight for the remote! Central AC keeps the living area and both bedrooms cool.
The 3rd bedroom studio has its own private entrance and features a comfortable King bed with a 55" Smart TV to watch your favorite Netflix, Hulu or Amazon movies/TV shows. Complimentary internet is also provided. The kitchenette is great for a cup of morning coffee and a quick snack before exploring the island. There is a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, and mini-fridge available. The spacious bathroom has a standing shower. There is a split system AC to keep you cool during the Summer months!

Please note:
• Air-conditioning in the condo is available only when the temperature exceeds 75°F. The A/C is controlled from a NEST central thermostat, and needs to be activated to have the thermostat control the A/C. We follow Department of Energy recommendation and the limit on the AC is 75F. Between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm, the AC is on a 4-hour timer. Bedroom 3 has weak and spotty Wifi.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

Home was lovely but lots of ants on outdoor patio and walls so we could not enjoy the outdoor living. Ceiling fan in master bedroom cracked and off balance and could not be used.

This was a great stay, the place was large, comfortable, great view of golf course, had everything needed (towels, beach chairs, snorkels, boogie boards, ice chest, etc) which made the trip easy. Only item I would improve is the AC in the main house. It cannot be adjusted below 75, which would probably be okay if it stayed on, but, it’s limited on time it can be on so when you leave for the day, you come back to a hot house and it takes awhile to cool down. Sometimes it was hot to sleep, muggy and uncomfortable. This was not the case in the studio, which cooled down quickly due to the small space. Regardless, I would stay again. Beds super comfortable and location directly across from the pool.

We just returned home from an 8 night stay at this fantastic property. There were 5 adults staying for the week and this property was absolutely perfect for the needs of our family. The home is very spacious and lovely decorated with 4 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The “casita” (unattached bedroom/ bathroom)was an absolute wonderful space and the air conditioning in it felt so nice. The home is located on the beautiful property of Waikoloa Beach Resort and offers great views and its location is perfect! The pool across the street was a wonderful reprieve. The beaches nearby were some of the absolute best on the island. I appreciated all the nice extras the home had, allowing us to use beach chairs and pool noodles as well as beach towels. It felt like a wonderful home away from home. Very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun stay on the island.

We had a wonderful week away in Waikoloa at this property. It's very well positioned overlooking the golf course, with plenty of space for three adult couples to have their own personal spaces and plenty of communal space. If only the pool had been open!
