The Space:
This Big Island of Hawaii complex is right across the street from White Sands Beach. Spend your days body boarding, snorkeling, and playing in the waves. The vacation rental has a partial ocean view overlooking the pool and can accommodate up to 5 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
This updated condo features plantation and tropical inspired decor/furnishings in each room. Enter into an area with the kitchen, dining table, and living room. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and plenty of counter space for a chef to cook delicious meals. Steps away is a dining table with seating for four so you and your guests can enjoy a home cooked dinner together. The private lanai also is a great option for dining space. A patio table and chairs are arranged so you can dine and sip on a fruity drink out here. You can watch mesmerizing sunsets over the Kona coast from the comfort of the lanai.
The living room has seating circling a large flat screen TV. The couch also assembles into a sofa sleeper for additional space. A DVD player, WIFI, iPod docking station, central A/C, keyless entry, and a washer/dryer are provided for your convenience. Do not fret over bringing your own ocean gear either. The home has beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, and snorkeling equipment.
When you are ready to catch up on some rest, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom holds a Queen-sized bed and has an attached private bathroom. The bathroom has a standalone shower and spacious vanity. The guest bedroom is ideal for housing the kids with two Twin-sized beds. A guest bathroom is prepared with a shower/tub combo.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
Other great amenities are provided for guests at White Sands Village. There is one parking space corresponding with your unit (#309), a tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, BBQ stations, and shared patio areas. A secure pass code is given for ease of check-in and added security.
• For stays extending 30 nights or more, a security deposit and utility fee will be required. The security deposit ensures the protection of the property during your stay, while the utility fee covers essential services such as electricity and any damages that are caused by guests.
These terms help us maintain the quality and comfort of our vacation rentals for all guests.

This was the perfect spot for our family. It had everything we needed plus. The pool table out side BBQ and kitchen were beautiful and the swimming pool was great. The parking was a bit tight for the sUV we got but it was parking included so that was great. Everything in the condo was great. Sometimes the TV worked and sometimes it didn’t but could be user error as well. The floors were swept but could have been mopped and the kitchen rug cleaned. It had every utensil we could need. Dishwasher left a lot of soap on dishes but we usually cleaned them as we used them any way. It is right across the street from a beautiful beach. Mostly used for body surfing but the waves were perfect. Sitting on that beach was wonderful too. Also the restaurant across the street was great as well. It was so nice to have so much right at walking distance. I rate this top notch in my book. I would definitely want to go back. It says it has elevators but like ours we still had to go up stairs to get to the condo on the third floor. If you can’t do stairs be sure to ask if your condo is on the elevator floor with no stairs to climb. Did not hear anything from the management. We got there at the time the email stated but no one was there. So we just used the code we were given and it worked. No problems there. My family totally loved it.

Quiet condo right across thw street from White Sand Beach. Quick drive to many activities, restaurants, and shops.

Second time we’ve stayed in this complex. Both places were amazing great amenities. This property in particular was better than it actually showed in the pictures.

Great clean place. Loved 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Pool area was very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Place was extremely well located.
Across from the beach with the most amazing sunsets.
The common area is spacious, pool was big enough and quiet enough. A few BBQs available as well.
Apartment was clean and with the all necessary appliances.
But the fridge needs to be fixed as I doesn’t cool enough.
That was unfortunate because we were hoping to cook at home to avoid spending so much money out in restaurants but after having some of our food spoil we had no choice.
