Summary:
Country Club Villas are located in an exquisite setting with panoramic ocean views on the 17th and 18th fairways of the Kona Country Club. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.
The Space:
The tropically landscaped property is close to shopping, championship golf, and ocean activities. Alternatively, you can venture around the 4,200 square mile island. Enjoy outstanding snorkeling and soak up the sun at Kahaluu Beach, less than a mile and a half away. Dining and shopping are within walking distance and a variety of recreational activities in Kona is only 6 miles away.
The gourmet kitchen is any chef's dream with stunning granite countertops and upgraded appliances. There is a drip coffee maker, toaster, double oven, and more to enjoy homemade meals. Step outside and dine with an ocean view. A patio table and chairs are set up for you to dine, drink, and unwind. This unit is one of the few allowed a gas BBQ on the private lanai.
Seating is arranged in front of a mounted 50" HD TV. A DVD player, wifi, cable, stereo, window air conditioning (in the living room and both bedrooms), and a washer/dryer are provided to ensure your comfort during your stay.
The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King bed, TV, and additional doors to the lanai. An attached master bathroom grants privacy. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. A full guest bathroom is also available.
This home is situated among a tropical wonderland of exotic gardens with unsurpassed views of the entire Kona-Keauhou coast. Picture yourself gazing across manicured golf course greens and fairways framed by extraordinary sweeping ocean vistas. Pamper yourself in the spas and relax by one of the 3 pools (one is heated) or hot tubs. Work up a sweat in a friendly game on the tennis court.
There are beach chairs, toys and a cooler available for your stay. Please note, any missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

Beautiful location, great lanai to watch golf, see whales in the distance and many photo ops, especially the sunsets. Only negative was lack of walking areas.

Aloha! This was our second stay in Keahou and it is a super convenient location from which to explore the Big Island.
The unit was perfect for 4 adults, and very well equipped with all the comforts of home. The bedrooms are separated and each has a spacious closet and bathroom. Both beds were comfortable. The bedroom off the lanai stayed very cool at night without AC. The numerous ceiling fans provided a nice breeze, especially when both the front and lanai doors were open, so we had little need for AC with outdoor temps in the high 70's. The unit is modern, clean and well maintained; spacious with plenty of seating areas; very well equipped with cooking, serving, and coffee making supplies as well as some basic spices and condiments left behind in the refrigerator and cupboard. There were plenty of bath and beach towels, and the 4 beach chairs and ice chests were very handy! There were even basic first aid supplies if needed. We enjoyed 2 of the 3 swimming pools! There were gardeners and golf course grounds keepers working around with power tools and mowers on a daily basis to keep the facility perfect.
We rented our own snorkel gear to get the right fit, and the items I would bring for next time would be a portable speaker for music from my phone, and extra dish washer and laundry soap to supplement the "starter supplies" for about 4 loads in each.
Overall, we really appreciated this lovely condo and extras and would recommend it and stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay! Loved the ocean views and apartment layout with large patio. We made good use of the condo's pools, hot tubs, and even the pickleball court. The apartment was well supplied with everything we needed. Nice location away from busy Kona, but with small shopping center nearby. Will plan to stay here again!

Overall a great property. Pool area is noisy with a lot of traffic going by. Otherwise well stocked and comfortable. Nice view from the lania.
