Welcome to oceanfront living at its finest at Hali'i Kai. Hali'i Kai is a direct oceanfront complex apart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort and has all the attributes you could desire on your Big Island of Hawaii vacation. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.
The Space:
There is a large resort quality pool overlooking the ocean and a poolside restaurant and bar. Gaze across the beautiful Pacific and spend your day watching whales as they frolic in our Hawaiian waters. Pamper yourself in the spa or BBQ while you watch the spectacular sunsets slip beneath the horizon. Enjoy snorkeling and soak up the sun at "A" Bay. Dining and shopping at the King and Queens Shops and a variety of recreational activities await you at the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Hali'i Kai 15A is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom vacation home perfect for family and friends as it can accommodate up to 5 guests.
This tropical home features vibrant colors, modern furnishings, and of course an ocean view. Granite countertops and upgraded appliances are perfect for whipping up meals in the gourmet kitchen. Seating for 4 is situated at the built-in breakfast bar for dining space. Enjoy dinner with your family around the dining table with seating for 4. Step outside onto the private lanai and heat up the BBQ. A kitchenette and patio seating are let you dine outside while watching the waves crash below.
A cozy sectional couch is placed in the living room before a TV. Pop a movie in the DVD player and relax with your loved ones at night. A stereo, WIFI, laundry room, and central air conditioning are provided for your convenience.
The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and TV. The master bathroom is spa-worthy, with a Jacuzzi bathtub, standalone shower, and dual sinks. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, a Twin-sized bed and TV. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo and separate vanity with dual sinks.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
- Guests are responsible for a daily $25 Resort Fee plus tax, payable directly to the front desk upon arrival and registration. During the registration process, guests will receive parking permits and key cards, which provide access to the communal amenities.
Other Things to Note:
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival....

This 2 bedroom property was great for my niece, her husband and I. It was comfortable, clean with a great view. Location was great - easy to access and close to ocean club pool and dining. Would highly recommend

We loved the location as well as the resort-beautiful pool, quiet, ocean front, just beautiful. 15A is literally oceanfront, so sitting on the lanai or looking out the primary bedroom window was like sitting on a cruise ship watching the ocean right in front of you! We enjoyed the tasteful decor, the stocked kitchen and the peace and quiet. Will return!

I stayed here for a week in mid July. The unit was beautifully decorated and very well stocked with kitchen essentials and linens. There were also a couple beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards in a closet. The pool area was as nice as many of the resorts. Onsite restaurant was a nice option. The sunsets can't be beat. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 10 days. The condo was beautiful! The view from the lanai and pool area were outstanding. Saw whales every day.
