Summary:
Beautiful and spacious 2 bed, 2 bath, corner unit condo with ocean views is located on the 3rd floor and has 1,475 sq. ft. of living area. The condo, with tasteful island design, has indoor/outdoor dining, 4 tiled lanais with spectacular ocean, sunset, beach and coastline views. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.
The Space:
Two car garage parking and secure elevator access. Building is of concrete construction and offers a cabana, swimming pool and BBQ. Great location across the street from the Kahaluu Beach Park.
The master bedroom has a King bed, overhead fan, private bath with toilet, shower, bath tub and hair dryer, 2 balconies one with ocean view and one with garden view. The guest bedroom features 2 extra-long twins bed, bath with toilet, shower, bath tub and hair dryer, flat screen TV, overhead fan and 1 balcony with garden view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, ice maker, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, 4 burner electric stove top range and oven. You don't need to pack as much as there's a washer and dryer in the unit!
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO AC IN THE UNIT.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas.
Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

This has been the most wonderful place to stay. It is BEAUTIFULLY furnished, and so spacious. The extensive lanais give sunset views but avoid overheating. The layout is fantastic because the bedroom suites are on opposite ends of the unit. We greatly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the extensive dishware that allowed for beautiful table settings. This is our preferred neighborhood on the Kona coast because of its proximity to snorkeling, its nearness to both Kailua and the coffee country, and its close proximity to shopping—all without noisiness. We stayed a month and it quickly felt like home. Extra kudos to the decorator!!

Pros: You'll have 2 covered & reserved parking spaces! No need to look for a shared "available" space. VERY spacious and views from all 4 decks: one is ocean-side, other 3 are facing tropical jungle which you'll see lots of wild birds. All rooms are VERY spacious. We loved their decorations and furniture set. They have no A/C, but night wind is cool enough, so no worry.
Pretty much all necessary items are already waiting for you, so, check-in first, check all the storages in the unit, then go grocery and other shops. They even have snorkeling sets in there. You will be surprised how perfect they are.
We also left many items for others: chopsticks, condiments, sunbrella, beach-sheet, floating tubes, etc.
Cons: 1) Ants and roaches. Yes, this unit is on the top of the building, but They quickly delivered a chemical spray & pesticide food with which I killed 2 roaches and lots of ants. I did not see roaches after that, but ants kept showing up on both bathrooms. I kept fruits and snacks in the refrig just in case.
2) Laundry washer. It bangs so loud when rinsing and spinning. You have to stop it quickly when it starts banging, rebalance the loads, then try again. You'll need to do so for many times, which was a real pain. You can NOT leave it running unattended. You wait in front of the washer when rinsing and spinning phase every time you run it. I hope those 2 cons get resolved by our next visit.

Pictures do not do this place justice. Huge spaces, beautiful views in three directions (!), and a feeling of privacy. The four lanais we’re great and it was amazing to wake up to ocean views. The place was clean and well-appointed and even had equipment you can borrow.
Less than a block away from one of the better snorkeling beaches we visited. We used the car to get to shops and restaurants.

We were just there in the evenings. Very cute place. Convenient with washer/dryer. Dryer ripped off a few of my ties from a hoodie and 2 pairs of swim shorts. I wouldn’t recommend putting anything with string ties in the dryer. Close to beach. Only complaint is no A/C, and super high fees. If you are just there in the evening, fans and screen doors are great for air flow. The rooster somewhere in that neighborhood crows at about 4 am so I highly recommend ear plugs.

It was nice to have this condo for just three people! Love the furniture and decorations! It was a little hot for me, but luckily they have fans. Beautiful view from the master bedroom morning and night. It was nice to use the pool everyday, mostly empty all the time. Well stocked kitchen. We will definitely come back to this property!
