As a valued guest of our Resort, we kindly ask that you please park your vehicle in the designated areas assigned to you. These areas are available for Owners, Renters, and a limited number of Guests. To ensure safety and convenience for all, it is important that drivers park only in their assigned spaces and display a valid parking permit at all times.
We also ask that you kindly refrain from parking in any unauthorized or restricted areas, including those assigned to others. If a vehicle is parked in one of these areas, it may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense without prior notice.
Please make sure that your vehicle fits entirely within the designated parking space, without protruding or extending into any adjacent space, driveway, or walkway. For safety reasons, oversized vehicles such as limousines and extra-large vehicles that do not fit wholly within a parking space are not permitted to park at the Resort.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
The parking fees are as follows:
- Mandatory Parking Fee: A one-time $25 fee per car is required, regardless of the duration of your stay.
- Additional Car Fee: $25 per additional car, subject to space availability within the community.
- Large Vehicle Fee: For passenger vans or large SUVs that require a larger stall, the parking fee is $50. BV's standard stalls are smaller and may not accommodate larger vehicles.

We really enjoyed the home! Beautiful views and comfortable beds. Some areas werenβt clean - dust behind doors, mildew on the shower curtains, but overall it was great. There was no high chair even though it was in the listing. The handle fell off the kitchen faucet but was quickly fixed. We also experienced the air conditioner not working for one full afternoon but maintenance was again very helpful. Over all we loved our stay and would recommend the place to anyone.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Beach Villas and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The villa offered spacious rooms and the lanai overlooking the ocean and mountains was breathtaking.
The unit could use grilling supplies and more spice options.
The pool and outdoor areas were surrounded by lush greenery and was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the tranquility of the surroundings.

We had a great stay at our Ko Olina condo. The pools were great, nice little beach bar and great beaches. The beaches in this area are man made lagoons, so you don't really get the waves for boogie boarding or anything like that, but it is great for family playing in the water and throwing the football around! We really enjoyed our stay.
