Lahaina Roads #311 was remodeled during the fall of 2011. There is a King bed in the bedroom and a queen size murphy bed in the living room for comfortable sleeping right on the ocean. The apartment has a flat screen TV in the bedroom and in the living room. We supply all the big and little things we can think of to make your stay comfortable and easy - a hair dryer in the bathroom, an Iron/ironing board, toaster, blender, micro, coffeemaker, teapot and tea kettle. We supply starters for paper products, soaps and select kitchen/food starters. There are also beach supplies - beach towels, a cooler and beach chairs. We supply all the bed, bath and kitchen linens you need for a warm and comfortable stay.
It's an intimate resort property, just 42 apartments total. Full kitchen, en suite W/D, A/C, king bed, queen Murphy bed in living room. Sleeps a maximum of 4 persons. Minimum stay is 5 nights. ...

My husband and I have stayed in this condo complex before and love it!!! Our stay this trip was wonderful!! The attention to detail is lovely!! Coffee and filters, shampoo, rinse and body wash!! Beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear. Laundry soap!! Everything is seen to and it made our trip that much more lovely!!

Love the location of this property. Nice quiet place that makes you feel right at home. Walking distance to great restaurants and downtown Lahaina. Perfect to sit by the pool or on your lanai and watch the sunsets.

I like looking out at the ocean, however this property is right on the water with the crashing waves against the retaining wall so be advised there’s not any beach there to walk along. But I sleep really well to crashing waves. The Murphy bed was very comfortable

Jan is super great to deal with. We had booked another unit initially that belonged to one of her family members but when that wasn’t going to work, Jan stepped in and made sure her suite worked for us Location was perfect. It’s about 1.5 km (1mile) out of downtown so it’s quiet. All the units face the ocean which is just lovely to wake up to and have coffee on the lanai in the morning. We had 3 ppl in the unit so someone always slept on the pullout in the living room and it’s super comfy. Zero complaints with this property. Would totally return again. Jan was easy to deal with and super helpful. Mahalo!

Well managered and taken care of Great location. Made for a pleasurable stay. Jan allowed us to check out later which was helpful due to late flight and no one coming in right after us. Also forgot my Apple Watch there and she was on it! Honest cleaning people and was sent back at no charge. We’ll be back!

Our family of 3 stayed here December 20th 2017 to January 2 2018. Jan was easy to do business with and her communication with us was great.
The location of this unit is very convenient to Lahaina Town. The views are breath taking with beautiful sunsets. The unit was clean and organized with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We will book here again and have already referred our friends. The heated pool was perfect day and night and the grounds are well cared for.
I would like to add Michael the onsite manager is a extremely nice guy and we enjoyed our conversations with him. I do believe Jan has two units there so it would be great for two families wanting to be close together.
