This Hawaiian plantation-style condo in the Fairway Villas resort complex is surrounded by the greens and fairways of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. We are centrally located across the lake from the Kings' Shops and within walking distance of the Queen's Market Place. The beautiful crescent-shaped white sand beach of Anaeho'omalu Bay is a fifteen minute walk away. Hapuna and Kauna'oa (Mauna Kea), within a fifteen minute drive, are also picture perfect Hawaiian beaches.

Our two bedroom, two bathroom first floor Golf Villa offers a relaxing and convenient location to fully enjoy all the Big Island has to offer. It is decorated in tropical style, and provides many amenities including a complete kitchen with granite counter tops, stocked with a full complement of small appliances and utensils, our favorite spices and cookbooks to make this your home away from home.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, with a Serta iComfort pillow-top mattress and a "smart" TV. The master bath features a large soaking tub, separate shower, double sinks with a marble countertop, and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, which can be pushed together to form a queen-sized bed. There is also a convertible queen-sized sleep-sofa in the living room.
The living room includes a large screen Samsung smart HDTV, digital HD/DVR cable, DVD/BlueRay player, free high speed wireless/wired Internet access, and stereo. There is a large selection of mainly Hawaiian music CDs, movies for the entire family, island, volcano and reef documentaries. Enjoy our collection of guide books and books about Hawaiian culture, history and famous visitors.
Relax under the ceiling fan on our lanai and watch the sunset or play a game or puzzle from our entertainment center. Enjoy the view of the 4th tee and Kings' Lake, with Hualalai Mountain as the backdrop. The lanai closet holds beach chairs, umbrella and toys.
This is our Hawaiian home, and we have furnished it with everything we appreciate during a long stay. We think you will enjoy it too....

The floors were dirty on arrival and the bed linens were worn, However, we enjoyed the comfy furniture and lanai. Lots of amenities!

We love the area and everything about the condo was great. Well-equipped unit, property manager very responsive. The dishwasher never actually worked but not really a big deal - I am sure it will be repaired for next person.

We loved our stay at Fairway Villas F3! The location is perfect—a short walk to ABay beach and the Kings and Queens shops, plus, easy access to the rest of the island.
The condo is clean and well equipped with everything you need from beach gear to towels to board games and books to kitchen gadgets. The property manager responded quickly to a few minor concerns our first day on the island (one of the keys did not work and the 2nd bed was set up as two twins instead of a king.)
We would definitely stay here again!

The host communicates in a timely manner and was very easy do deal with. I really appreciated that. The condo is very clean and comfortable and is stocked very well. Loved the heated pool close by. Herd little footsteps from the kid above running wild for a few days. We very much enjoyed Roger’s place.

Such a welcoming experience as soon as we walked into the condo. Everything we needed and more was available, from a well organized kitchen to beach fun items. Roger was very responsive to anything that came up such as someone parking in our convenient parking space and Jane arranged for early check in for us. Having an easy, lovey, home base made our trip wonderful for all of us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The condo is in a great location, close to shops and the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking items and dishes we could possibly need. Large indoor space, great lanai, ground level with plenty of room for the kids to play. This was our second time staying, and hopefully we will be back for a third.

We stayed here for 2 weeks for our first trip to Hawaii. The location was perfect! Walking distance from 2 different shopping centers with restaurants, shops, and groceries. 5 minutes from the beach. The house was nice and comfortable and had everything we needed!
