Emmalani court is a small, quiet complex in Princeville, near the Princeville Resort. After visiting the 4 main islands in Hawaii, we decided on the North shore for it's lush setting and laid back vibe. There is truly no other place like it in the world. We have been coming to Princeville for 15 years and decided on Emmalani due to it's location and amenities. We are within walking distance to beaches (10-15 minutes), the Bali Hai lookout, the Princeville Resort, and a short drive to many other amazing beaches as well as the unique town of Hanalei. Unit 422 has been renovated and includes brand new deluxe furnishings as well as amenities to make you feel right at home. Emmalani court complex is one of the few heated pools in Princeville. The kitchen is outfitted with new appliances and all cooking utensils we use at our house. We have a fun closet filled with beach gear (towels, chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, sand toys), games, books, and movies. We tried to outfit the condo with everything we like to use when we come on vacation so you'll feel right at home....

It was our 3rd time in Kauai and we travelled with our 9 month old, 6 year old and my in-laws. Communication with the hosts was great and they accommodated a crib and highchair which were in the condo once we arrived. The location of the rental is on the golf course and a few minutes’ walk from the ocean. Location was fantastic! The kitchen was more than well equipped for our stay. The inflatable mattress for our 6-year-old was easy to use and worked nicely. The BBQ and pool access was a nice addition, and we used them quite often on our 2-week stay. Both BBQs were in new condition and temperature of the pool was refreshing and quite nice. There is tons to do in Kauai and don’t be afraid to go off the beaten path for a hike or to explore this majestic island. Will be back for sure and would love to stay here again! Thank you!

We are former locals on holoholo. The owners have a lot of sweetness we call Aloha. In communication, all was clear from the description, to check in and departure. This is a very beautiful rental. We loved the dining table and decor. The beds were really comfortable. There's a Ninja blender, Instant Pot, coffee grinder that most rentals weve been at don't furnish. It met ALL our needs. We absolutely loved this place. It’s so close to Hanalei Bay and the neighborhood is lovely. My kids loved the pool and the sand toys and boogie boards to take to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. This place is very quiet and relaxing. Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning in the rooms worked well. We were a little worried about being hot in the living area but it was very pleasant.

Very comfortable beds, nice furniture, quiet location, well equipped kitchen. Some of the beach chairs need replaced. Did encounter several large cockroaches and a couple of small ones - but supplied spray seemed to take care of them. Could supply larger bars of soap for bathroom verses hotel size. Being a second story unit, just be prepared to carry luggage, groceries, etc. up and down stairs. Lower rating on cleanliness due to floor having sand on it and inside closets where beach items were stored.
Overall this was a great place to stay - home was well taken care of.

This is the place to stay. The home is beautiful and clean. The owners were fantastic. Close to everything we wanted. Pool, hot tub and grill were steps away. Home had everything we needed for the beach. We met Chris who oversees the grounds. He’s near the pool area frequently. He have us many good recommendations and made the stay that much more enjoyable. Please stay here, you will love it!

The hosts had beach chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers…everything we needed for the beach. Great location, very convenient for snorkeling at Aninni or swimming at Hanalei Bay. Quiet. It was the perfect place for us.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo has had some updating in the kitchen particularly. It could ise a little more in the baths to be really stellar. When we arrived there were tons of flies in the condo. The first 24 hours we killed at least 25 flies. After that it wasn't a problem, perhaps because we used some cardboard to fix a window vent that was broken. The beds were comfortable. The location is great. We walked to Hideaways Beach each day and had some nice walks along the golf course too.

Excellent stay in Princeville! Great accommodations in the heart of it all. The condo satisfied our needs, pool and hot tub were immaculate, crystal clear water (very little chlorine if any) which we thoroughly enjoyed in the evenings after the pleasant days on the beaches. The condo comes with everything you need on the beach including boogie boards, snorkel gear, and lounge chairs. The host was always available through text and promptly replied with any questions. We would surely stay again! Thank you!

The owners were very helpful with any questions. They were quick to respond. The house was the cleanest rental i have ever stayed in. We met some of the full time residents and Chris the property manager. They had true Aloha spirit. They sat and chatted or helped us know where things were in town. The property is very quiet. We went on some amazing walks starting from the condo. I would stay at this property again.
