Comfortable breezes from tropical trade winds cool the unit but air conditioning is also an option. Prince Kuhio Condominiums are perfectly located to relax on the south side or easily venture off to other parts of the island.
Lāwaʻi beach is a small sandy beach across the street with fantastic snorkeling. There are three surf breaks off shore which are fun to watch or enjoyed by the experienced surfer. The sunrises and sunsets are fantastic.

This was a small and quiet studio with all needed items, snorkeling was good at the south of Kauai and the beach across the street had the most fish to swim with.

My wife and I booked this property as home base during our honeymoon in Kauai. The location is incredible and property was perfect. It is a small studio with 1 bath and a lanai. I could see it being small for a family of 4 but it was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean, WiFi was accessible and there were clean towels. The rental also included beach chairs, beach umbrella and 2 coolers. These little extras made our trip so much more convenient. The parking in the lot is a little tight; however, there is a parking garage with an entire floor dedicated to the condo. It was perfect. Shaunna & Duke are great to work with and the booking and check in were a breeze. There is a pool to use, beautiful landscaping and a convenient location to dispose of any trash. We cannot say enough positives about our experience. If we ever make our way back to Kauai, we will certainly look to book here again.

This studio was very beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen more than met all of our needs!
The pool was a nice bonus as well! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This clean and comfortable studio is perfectly located for exploring the south shore. It had all of the basic necessities needed for a great stay. The studio and property were well maintained and attractive and the parking was easy and plentiful. We would happily stay here again.
