Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living to show off the expansive lanai adding an additional 235 square feet of outdoor living space with new comfortable seating. The custom designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances and a new LG full size washer/dryer all of which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. Interiors include travertine floors, carpeting in bedrooms, honed granite countertops and African mahogany doors, windows and trim work. The Master bedroom is furnished w/ a king bed,2 full dressers with matching night tables, private access to the lanai, soaking tub and separate shower with a full walk-in closet. Also NEW hardwood flooring. The secondary master is furnished with 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king upon requests, full dresser & closet, along with nightstand and NEW hardwood flooring. It also has its own large bathroom with exquisite features & deep soaking tub/shower. The uniquely carved banana leaves in the dining room table covered by a glass top seats 6 comfortably plus there is a bar with 4 high back barstools. The Living room has a new queen sleeper sofa, 2 sitting chairs along w/ a coffee table. The villas décor is island themed with turtles, vibrant colors & local elegance.

Wow! What an epic week in paradise. The villa was perfectly situated for beautiful views, and was equipped with everything we needed for a family of 5 plus occasional visitors from our extended family staying nearby. We loved cooking breakfast with the lanai open to the outside, taking easy walks down to the beach or to dinner, and traveling all over the island. Sherry and Neal, our greeters and helpers throughout the stay, were amazing. They made sure we knew all we needed to know and provided us with a top notch experience. The entire experience could not have been better. We’ll be back for sure!

We were thrilled to have stayed a week at this property. It was so clean and calm. It had the feal of a true Hawaiian resort, but it was never busy ot chaotic like near-by resorts. The sand bottom pool, expansive lagoons, and short drive to many attractions and activities made this a family favorite!

John’s condo was a pleasant stay. Mornings on the lanai with perfect views of Lagoon 3. The kitchen was well equipped with everything including rice cooker and air fryer. Lots of plastic ware for the pool and lanai. Beach equipment was also well provided. His property manager Sherry was also very thank helpful.
