Enjoy our Kihei Kai Nani condo and its amenities. Our first-floor, air-conditioned condo is only steps away from the famous Kamaole 2 Beach, right across the street! The washer and dryer save guests the inconvenience and expense of using the coin operated machines by the office. A strong WiFi signal serves the entire unit, and we have two flat screen TVs offering cable service in the living room and bedroom for your use, as well as a well equipped kitchen and refrigerator with ice maker.
Our Hawaiian home is located perfectly for you to enjoy the Kihei beaches and surrounding activities, so you don't have to drive if you don't want to. A full kitchen, including microwave and dishwasher, allows you to prepare meals at home. Or you can dine out at one of the many excellent restaurants that are close by -- within an easy walk from the Kihei Kai Nani driveway.
Our one-bedroom condo feels much larger than many Kihei Kai Nani units, with an outdoor living space. As you relax on the lanai on comfortable teak furniture, the front lawn stretches beyond the patio above the driveway, providing green space and outdoor living that is unusual among the complex's one-bedroom units.

PS: We provide beach chairs and an umbrella, but do not provide snorkeling gear or other beach items. Sometimes, however, people buy them and leave them behind in the condo. We are not responsible for items left behind. Use them at your own risk, or rent equipment from Snorkel Bob's down the street....

I enjoyed having this condo during our family get-together. It gave me a quiet retreat where I had all the luxuries of home and could still walk along the adjacent beach or pick up coffee in a local store. A good location to walkable stores as well as the beach.

Nice quiet place. Condo is at back of property so didn’t hear traffic noise.

The hosts were quick to respond on any questions I had.
They had plenty of additional amenities that were helpful i.e., beach chairs, cooler, beach towels....
I would definitely stay there again.

This little condo has everything. Great location, comfortable and cozy, friendly neighbours and a perfect spot to relax. The owners were a delight to rent from. 1 small issue was dealt with right away and the owners stayed in contact to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Communicating before arrival was speedy and easy. Everything was as it should be, appliances were good - loved having washer and dryer was a great asset.
Re: snorkeling, beach and reefs across the street was pretty stirred up from southern swell, but going south to the Ahihi Kina’u Natural Area Preserve was great.

Condo is in an excellent location, near to beaches, shopping and dining. All of it within walking distance. The unit is well equipped with all you need from all kitchen items to beach chairs and towels.

The condo requires various updates. Furniture is quite old. The kitchen and bathroom were dirty. They definitely require deep cleaning. Other rooms require deep cleaning as well. The window screens are not tight and caused many bugs to be in the condo. We faced several bugs each day (even though we did not leave any food in the condo).
Checkin and checkout were convenient.
The condo is placed in a good location (next to various shops, beach across the street)

It was a nice place and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. There were a lot of dead bugs under the bed and behind the night stands, as well as a dead lizard behind one of the night stands. Other than that, everything else was well cleaned and nice.

Everything you want for a beach stay. Location is super easy to walk to everything including beach. Description is accurate. WiFi spotty. Pool is fine. But I come to Maui to be 90% of my time outside.
