One of the most convenient locations on Kauai. One of only 6 top-floor units on the ocean side of the complex. Remodeled and fresh.

Restaurants, 9 mile coastal biking/walking path, and sunning beach are all within a few short steps. We recommend swimming only at lifeguard protected beaches. The beach directly in front has no lifeguard.

This second floor (top floor) unit has two lanais. Each has seating for two. The back lanai offers ocean breezes and slight ocean view. Enjoy your morning coffee looking out toward the ocean and a greenbelt with the walking/jogging path behind a 6' wall.

We have two artic cooling units in the bedrooms. You need to add ice cubes to keep the temperature cooler. The association will not allow air-conditioning.

A shared laundry facility is on the property. A code to enter is required. Free parking is steps from the front door. Guest parking is readily available. There is no resort fee. Some beach equipment is available for use.

This is one of the few locations that guests can enjoy without a car. There is a bus stop within one block from unit. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. High end resorts are on either side of the complex Spa services and luaus are offered at adjacent resorts. This unit is located just off the ocean. (150 yards). There is a small resort on the ocean front.

This complex is adjacent to the newly paved, oceanfront biking and walking path. The path runs for 9 miles. Bike rental and e-bike rental is available nearby.

Kauai free-roaming roosters crow in the early morning. We have added a noise cancelling device in the ocean-side bedroom. However, you may need to have ear plugs.

This is a small complex of 24 units called Village Manor. There are high-end resorts on either side of the complex. Those resorts have public access to beach. The new paved walking path to the beach is just steps away.
